Rules:
• 5 MB of space for members to host their pages/site
• Members can be able to access the host only via ftp, not via telnet

Upload procedure to lecturer:
• Use your favourite ftp client software
• Open connection to lecturer.ukdw.ac.id
• Enter your username and password
• Change directory to public_html
• File transfer mode : ascii for txt, html file; bin for binary file (image, executable, etc)
• Transfer files
• Close ftp connection
